The world of 2011 real estate is no longer your father's real estate.  At Premier Properties, we are currently looking for motivated Gen X and Gen Y agents.  We desire agents that can work in a collaborative setting creating a one for all and all for one team environment.  Real estate is a business that is sometimes fast-paced, sometimes frustrating, but never boring.  

Increases in technology are making the old real estate model obsolete.  The successful agent of 2011 is out networking in person and in cyberspace promoting their business and the service they offer.  There are virtual offices, virtual assistants, mobile agents, and more all as a product of the ever growing technologies that are available.  The modern agent may have little need for a traditional office setting.  We recognize that and have set our office to accommodate the agent with work stations (complete with phone, wi-fi and print capabilities) if needed, a beyond 'open door' policy from your mentor and coach, constant and on-going training (both on-on-one and in a group setting), and beautiful private meeting rooms in which to meet clients.
